It would be nice to have a Black list feature in Grid that can see if anyone in group/raid is on your ignore list and make their square completely black.
There are a few reason for this..
First: A novelty mod to laugh and joke about.
Second: I have found that there are some raid mods that will not work properly with another player if you have them on ignore. EX: Easymother (not an Ace mod but really nice): If you and an ignored person get teleported away my Easymother will not be able to communicate with his to tell us to run in different directions... it would be a nice indictator if you are grouped with someone on your ignore list.
It would be doable, but would probably require creating a new indicator in addition to a new status, since the health bar color indicator is no longer available. If you're feeling adventurous, you could look at an existing Grid plugin that does something similar (like GridSideIndicators) and try to modify it to create just one indicator that covered the entire frame. WoWWiki and WoWProgramming are good resources for the WoW API, which you'll need to use to check for people being on your ignore list when the raid membership changes.
Honestly, if I am in a raid - guild or pug - and someone really pissed me off (I've been insulted once rather gravely as a woman), I will let them die. (I also do let the raid leader know)
There was in one guy in a guild I was in a year or so ago that I just never healed because he was so annoying. I used the GridFriendlyNames plugin someone had posted a while back, and changed his name to "Dead" to help me keep track of where he was in the raid group to not click on. :)
"Don't piss off your healers, you'll regret it."
"When the healers die, you too release. Don't expect them to keep your ass alive after you expect them to save you a little effort."
"When fights are done, sit your butt down to eat. We sit for mana, healing you back to full for you save on food is wasting our mana. Our mana = your life when in combat."
Yes, I am not a nice healer when .. well right now.

I have a feeling that this will be an interesting first project.
I will post my questions/status here.
Are you an irritating blowhard? FINE! /ignore
And now you won't get any heals...I really mean it this time.
