Something like Clique would be needed yes but that won't let you create the additional buttons. It can only assign actions to the frames it can find and if 2 frames are of the same type then it can't assign individual actions
I actually use Clique, it's set to work on all unitframes (helpful) set though.
Left click: Flash of Light
Right: Holy Light max
Ctrl + Left: Holy Light 3 or 4 I think
Ctrl + Right: Holy Light 7
Alt + Left/Right may end up housing my decurse spells.
Shift + Left is target unit (so I can trade etc)
Shift + Right is target as well, seeing as a right click is needed, though I could easily use /commands.
I can start using my middle button as well. That's a whole array of actions, and you have Helpful, Harmful, Out of Combat and Default. (I could put Left Click OOC to buff etc).
All those actions are on all unitframes and are in fact individual actions.
The professions button that you mention: I have a normal macro button for that, on my actionbar. Here's my macro.
Buffing yourself is rather simple too, you can easily write a macro to buff yourself with 4 or 5 different buffs through a cast sequence. Or something similar as the Professions macro, you would only need to add [target=player] everywhere :) Then you will always buff yourself no matter what.
I just fail at seeing the point of having buttons like that all over the screen when you can achieve it all with simple macro's. But if you must keep this addon, open the lua, change the buttons to your liking, save it and it's done.
