An addon that tracks the current Sunwell stage and percentage until the next stage. Preferably a FuBar addon.
Optionally, it would use a custom hidden channel to broadcast that info as well as monitoring that custom channel so that the stage can be monitored while not on Sunwell.
If this works, the EXACT same technique could be used to broadcast and track the daily dungeon, heroic, Food and Fishing quests that change every day.
I remember when Naxx came out there was a similar type of plugin for the Naxx gate opening quests that would scan the text from the quest giver, import the info into a database and broadcast it through a hidden custom channel.
While i think there is no need for a mod to track sunwell progess. I was thinking a while ago it would be nice to have a mod that listed the different daily quest, this would be a really handy mod. It could also report the status of the world pvp zones, such as which Hellfire towers are controlled by your faction. It could also report if the world bosses are up.

As far as the World PvP Status and World Bosses, that is beyond the scope of my addon and won't be adding any of that in, but if your interested in Dailies, there ya go.

This is a nice addon that tracks which dailies you have done, but it does NOT tell you what the current dailies are for the ones that are random.
Sigh.... I typically end up getting smartass comments like yours.
Generally because addons that transmit to everyone on the server on some public channel is frowned upon and disliked and almost all of them discontinued. The only possible way to do this is to use a public chat channel (it will use up a channel number) and do a lot of hacking to hide that channel from being displayed, or do a version that only transmits to your guild. At the end of the day, it'll be easier to just /g and ask, particularly since everyone's dailies could be different if they didn't abandon it from the previous day and the NPC tells you you are trying to complete yesterday's daily.
Mainly why I'm not bothering with tracking dailies that will be obsolete. Most realms will go from beginning to end of the whole Isle with-in a one months time and all these old dailies will NEVER be seen again.
Reason why my mod is ONLY tracking dailies that you will always be able to do.
