WoW's default UI allows a person to scroll through the six default action bars. You can use the little graphic arrows to the right of the main bottom bar placement or you can bind keys to the individual bars directly. That's been the case as long as I've owned the game. More recently WoW added a few more action bars (2 or 4?) that you can toggle on or off in the interface config panel. But AFAIK, you can't scroll to them in through the bottom action bar like the original six. Is there a way to get that to happen? I'm a huge fan of keyboarding and all those extra actionbar slots are really useful, except that i need to use my mouse to do anything with them.
FYI, I have num keys 1-6 mapped to bring up action bars 1-6. All I'd like to be able to do is map 7-0 to the extra bars and get the same results.
There is no need, the extra bars are pulled from pages 3-6 of the action buttons, in fact you'll find those pages missing from the main bar for each extra bar that's turned on.
Quick reference for what buttons are what:

13-24 - Bar #2
24-36 - Bar #3, Sidebar #1
