For some time now I have this issue where the borders on the drop down tool tips used by a lot of LDB addons is garbled.
it does not seem to matter which LDB, I can scroll to another and it will be correct, scroll back to the offending one and it's fixed itself then back to another and it now is garbled.
I don't know which is the culprit, a library, Fortress or something a else.
It isn't a Fortress issue - I've seen it with Bazooka as well. It appears that the backdrop borders aren't being correctly rendered, which is one of a few graphical anomalies I've noticed with Cataclysm.
