If you are not comfortable editing Lua, I would recommend you stick with addons that have in-game configuration, such as Grid or PitBull, and avoid oUF. There are already enough posts in the oUF threads from people who know nothing about Lua asking 'how do I change this?' and 'how do I add this?'.
Grid is very visually configurable, and its memory usage shouldn't be an issue unless you're playing WoW on a 386. It's also worth pointing out that G comes fairly early in the alphabet, so if you use the default embedded libraries, every addon that loads after Grid but uses libraries that Grid was the first addon to load is inflating Grid's memory and CPU consumption numbers.
But only the raid unitframes, and was gonna ask if anybody could edit the .lua so only the raid is shown. :p
Maybe there should be a Lua Jobs forum for people having tasks they want, but can't / don't want to do themselves. There could be a micropayment option for "Badges for Hackers" which could be offered for that task and [...] ;)
