There's no way that error can occur unless SpamSentry is loaded, since the error is in one of SpamSentry's files. Make sure it's actually disabled at the character screen before you log in.
If you don't want SpamSentry, just delete it from your addons folder. If you do want to use it, I suggest you repost in its official thread (use the forum search feature) so that its author might actually see your report.
