I just got EBB and so far I'm satisfied with it. The main reason I got it is that I want to be able to show debuff timers which are from another class (say a rogue partner in arena).
I get the debuff to show up but with no timers. Example: My rogue puts a Kidney Shot up on the target. The Kidney Shot debuff appears but there is no timer "in the bar". Is this possible to fix?

As Seerah said, you can only obtain duration information for debuffs you've applied. In order to see the debuffs of other peoples' debuffs, you would either have to:
- have a hardcoded list of debuffs and durations, which may or may not be accurate as many classes have talents to alter the durations of their debuffs, or
- have everyone else running the same addon to broadcast their debuffs with durations.
Neither of these things are really within the scope of ElkBuffBars. I would suggest you look into arena-specific addons, as I'm sure there is at least one which will show you the duration of your arena partner's Kidney Shot.
No. If you only want to see your own buffs and debuffs on your target and/or focus, you might look into Quartz. It's primarily a cast bar addon, but it does include a buff timer module that does just that.
Well yes actually there is. In EBB, you can filter out timeless buffs/debuffs. Since you can only get times for your own debuffs, that will remove everyone else's debuffs and only show yours. This works perfectly here.
