Libraries?

Is there a need to download libraries externally? as in alone by themselves, not in an addon package?

or are most of them already included in addon packages say like pitbull, mobhealth etc?

Depends on what you downloaded. Zips are created on wowace for both versions, one packaged with all the libraries included, and one without.

so far I've been downloading with externals,does that mean that separate downloading of libraries is not needed?

What happens if you decide you want to continue without externals?
Can you just do that? or do you need to change things?
