I was lookin for a new actionbar mod, i know that there bongos, pubcrawl and bartender. Just wanted to know which was most memory effecitive, also by how much? Is it enuff to make a big difference, or does it not really matter?
edit: Also wondering if Onebag was better then Bagnon, same thing, is it enough to make a difference?
Yeah. For example I use Bongos. Why? Dunno. Was the first I downloaded, I'm not gonna set everything up again unless I find out something is wrong with Bongos ^_^
I made a post like this a while back. In terms of pure performance, they said Bartender 2 was the most memory efficient because it doesn't create new bars, it re-uses Blizzards default bars.
Bit again, they all perform very well. Now it is just a matter of preference for which one suites your needs.
i love bongos too. perfect blend of configurability and ease of use. you can also set it to "reuse blizz bars" like bartender/visorbuttons can. in my testing though, setting the reuse toggle did not do anything whatsoever to my memory usage.
in the past, ive used flexbar, ctbarmod and visorbuttons. hands down, bongos was the best i've ever come across :) i dont need the uuberfunctions flexbar can do and ctbarmod was a huge mem hog too. visorbuttons was awesome but i wanted something i could customize on each char in just a few minutes, not a few hours :p

no.
Also, you should prolly learn lua and make your own; It will be most efficient.
How are you so good?
Years of practice and lots of CBA!
with the little amounts of memory the differ it's more a personal taste thing at this level.
