dual spec is for alts and established players.. newbs (as in people who are new to the game) need to learn to play first.
Again, I rerolled on a new server. In contrary to most 12 yeard old Danish boys found on WoW I DO know how to play most classes.
I just wont be able to get the gold cause I dont have a main with 30753k gold on the server. But overall I am glad about all the changes they did as making it lvl 80 only with all the requirements would be more irritating.
You can easily do 1-80 in less than 10 played days... you really believe you can't live for 10 days without the ability to swap specs on the fly? What leveling character has multiple sets of gear anyway? What level 40 instance can't be tanked by a fury warrior or ret paladin anyway? Noob QQ got the reagent requirement removed, the cooldown removed, and the level requirement all but removed, and you're still QQing? I don't even need dual-speccing at all on my level 80 serious raiding main, and you think you really need it for your level 40 alt? Come on...
Indeed I dont have to have it at 40. But it would be more fun to change a spec here and there. My pally is lvl 36 now and has a "healing", "DPS" and "Tank" set already. I can perfectly heal in my prot spec on this lvl .. probably up till Northrend if I want. But it would be nice if I sometimes could just 'spec' holy as I like that to. The 1K gold probably aint much for you, but if you're on a total new server having to start from 0 again, I could spend the 1k gold on more useful things, missing a fun addition to WoW.
What bugs me a bit tho is that you can only have dual specs at your end level (80 I presume).
While for me it would be great if I could change earlier to. There are loads of times where people need a healer while there are loads of Prot pallies in LFG for example. A quick free respec would make finding a healer/tank so much easier pre-end game.
