Have WAU update LocationFu without externals and right-click Jostle-2.0 in WAU's listing and set it to ignore.

you don't need to do all that. just install libjostle-3.0 as a regular addon (or don't even bother with that if you already have other plugins that use it) and delete the 2.0 versions.
