At the moment i'm using abilitywatch on two different toons played from the same computer. The problem i'm currently having is that on one toon the warnings result in a shake and flash, which is the desired result. On the other toon i'm unable to get this result. There simply is nothing happening when those abilities that are flagged in the warning section are being used.
I can't for the life of me figure out the problem.
when i have this probllem i fix it the stupid way.
simply copy the wtf folder from the right one to the wrong one. This will carry all mod setting over to the other computer and should solve your problem without requireing you to know what to change.
Custom Labels for AbilityWatch are working look at the AbilityWatch settings. AbilityWatch is not localized for any language(including enUS) yet. This is intentional.
If you want to track your own sap times, use De|Buff Watch, not AbilityWatch, it only guesstimates and is far from final at this point as far as the times are concerned.
About XLoot:I've started work on it already. Should be out sometime this week.
I am more than willing to fix an error if it exists, but as far as I can tell myself, it does not. It detects what bars to show by GUID so having name/aura's trimmed won't matter. I just tested it myself and it seems to be working as intended. What exactly do you expect it to do?
It is on my list of things to do, but far from the top. You will be seeing it in De|Buff Watch soon. I do not feel that it is something needed for AbilityWatch.
excellent, i look foward to it thx. if you would post when you add it i will be happy to test it out. and thx again
I completely forgot about Crusader Strike....SORRY!!!!
What exactly do you want it to do?
When you use crusader strike and it refreshes the judgements, do you see the duration from then on of all the judgements or does the initial caster see the new duration?
both? is that possible?
Ideally what happens is a judgement is a applied w/20s timer, If it is my judgement then all melee hits and CS will refresh it. If it isn't mine CS will refresh it.
So the best scenario for those judgements that aren't mine is that you refresh my timer when is CS or when the original applier melee hits.
If that is not possible then the next best thing is to have a timer for me(maybe different color for judgements other than mine?) that will refresh when i CS. In this case the only down side is that it is possible that i will have a judgement up when the timer(mod) actually shows it as falling off(lets say i missed a few time and the other pally managed to hit the target). So really that isn't all that bad of a downside.
If you could do something like either of the options above it would be perfect.
Frostbolt is not currently supported, as I said previously there are a lot of spells still missing (basically anything that doesnt create a debuff or buff, ie: dmg spells, heals, etc). You can track the casting of fear though. As some users have stated, you will know in world pvp that a fear is being cast before you can even see the person :) lol
I updated the spell list again today. All Mage, Paladin, and Warlock abilities should be trackable. If one isn't please let me know.
is this where you added that crusader strike thing??? and if so how do i make it work?
