The editbox module had an extra character at the beginning of one line in the options table. That fix went out, and it should no longer have problems loading.
Popupmessage: There was once a problem with popupmessage. It was fixed in an alpha version of prat a while ago.

Make sure that our table we pass for multiselect options is not nil or the client will hang
Its possible that your saved variables have have stored the invalid value, and I may not be correcting it. Try deleting your saved vars.
Thanks for your reply Sylvanaar.
You're correct, both issues were solved after an update to the latest build.
There is however still an issue with the AltNames and with the timestamps, I posted about them earlier :)
In chat timestamps, the notation [%R] which should basically output as [hh:mm] makes guild chat inoperable.
The default [%X] works, but displays seconds, which is useless for me and takes too much space.
There's a problem with the editbox module configuration.
I can enable, disable or do not load any module in Prat3, including the high cpu usage modules without any problem whatsoever.
However, as soon as I choose to enable the editbox module, click on close and then /reload the UI, I am no longer able to enter the options by typing /prat.
Actually it won't let me type the enter after /prat to input the cmd.
Chats continue to function normally during this problem.
If I go to Prat's settings using Interface>Addons>Prat I see that under Display Settings everything is blank, there's nothing there.
All the other options (Chat Formatting, Extra Stuff, Module Control, Profiles) still work though, I can click on them and still see options there.
When I go to Module Control, pick Don't Load for Editbox and /reload, everything is back to normal.
I have reproduced this problem on 3 different "clean" systems (WTF folder cleaned out), all running without mods except for Prat3's latest build.
My systems are all running Windows XP Professional SP-2 32-bit, they all have at least 1gb of ram and sufficient hardware specs to easily run WoW.
Could you please look into this, as it is one of the problems with this great mod that sort of annoy me :p
