It does not keep track of that.
I seperated the events, because reactive skills can become spammy (e.g. on prot-pally I suppose).
Will try it out. Thanks.
EDIT: Everything seems to be working well. I still need to check warrior triggers though, but they've always been kinda flaky. Shaman earth shock doesn't seem to be triggering an interrupt event however. Everything else seems to be working well!
EDITEDIT: Earth shock is triggering an interrupt sometimes. Not sure why it doesn't' on all spell interrupts. Will test it further.
The mob "Wrathguard" in Hellfire Peninsula has a flame wave spell. For some reason interrupting it with earth shock doesn't fire an event. Other mobs and spells seem fine. *shrug* If it is that isolated, probably not worth fixing. For all I know, it always was like that.
Ok, i'm hoping i'm just crazy, so if someone could correct me I would appreciate it. On my druid, I use the thorns ability, extra damage to attackers, etc.
The way that parrot presents the damage done is a tad confusing. It shows in the outgoing area, as it is outgoing, IE, damage. However, it displays as incoming damage would, with my character name and negative damage. I looked at the "Reactive Skills" event, which it seems to be, but the tag tooltip doesn't seem to line up. The [name] tag is catching my name, not the enemy or the ability name.
It makes the most sense to me to show the ability name. If someone could point me in the right direction to adjust the tag format, that would be very nice.
Did the way that reactive abilities are handled by the combat log change somewhere along the line? I'm unclear why they should be different then any other sort of damage, *unless* parrot, recount, etc, can keep track of who's damage aura did what. Example: If in a group, the druid puts thorns on everyone, the druid is credited with the damage done by those thorns.
Anyway. Sorry to ramble on. Going to load up an older version and test it out, to see if my memory is just totally shot :p
EDIT: Confirmed mana/energy gains returned (as far as I can tell).
Shaman grounding totem however doesn't seem to register. Before it would read out the damage the "pet" took/absorbed. Offensive and other defensive totems still read out, not sure what category grounding totem would be in. Pet spell incoming?
More little things... Went out on my hunter. I'm getting pet info in my notification area, not sure what is firing them off. Well, I know the events. I'm just not sure what filter is kicking on. Any Instant focus gains are showing up, and feeding the pet and raising his happiness is also showing, but as an 'unknown' source/pool, not sure which.
Yes, self heals were incoming only.. I can remember because that was one of the things that I liked so much about parrot: everything I do to other's health, plus and minus, is on the right, everything that happens to MY health was on the left also plus and minus.
It made keeping track of what was happening pretty simple :)
Hey, great update, everything seems to be working fine for the most part.
One issue I didn't see raised, is the killing blow notification. Parrot can't seem to tell players and NPCs apart anymore. IE, Its noting every NPC I killed, with only the player kill filter on, but the NPC filter off.
Its easy to work around, just disable both of them, but the player kill note is nice to have in PVP.
Thanks for the patch though!
EDIT: I also noticed on my shaman that I am not getting a note when I use my dispel on targets. Now to be honest, I don't remember if i'm supposed to, but MBST did, which I was using for a stop gap. *goes to look at parrot options*
