Added 'force' option for Fade Height - this will override any preset fade height on any frame /oskin fadeheight force

OneBank is still borked. It seems as if the side and top textures now have a shadow effect as well yet the corners lack it and it looks kinda funky. This is witht he newest version off the SVN as of this post.
Most of my skinned frames look like that all the time. I thought it was normal. :)
