Keep in mind that Curse is not Microsoft. They don't have thousands of programmers working on the client. They don't have thousands of dedicated staff responding to tickets. I don't know exactly how many people Curse has to do those things, but I would guess it's less than ten. You're not going to see instant responses to each and every one of the hundreds of bug tickets people post, especially when most of them are vague duplicates of dozens of previous tickets. Your thread was probably deleted because it's not useful to anyone to have the same issue reported in multiple places. The ticket tracker is the correct place to report issue. There's no point in having a forum thread, and in fact making a forum thread too just wastes time by making people read about the same problem twice when they could be looking into its cause instead.
Plus, simply saying "it doesn't find my addons" is pretty much the same thing as the dreaded "it doesn't work". Obviously it's working for the developers and for thousands of other users. Maybe your problem is user error, maybe it's a Vista problem (have you tried moving WoW out of the Program Files directory?), or maybe it really is a bug in the client. Regardless of why you're having the problem, it's extremely unlikely anyone can give you a magic answer, especially with so little information and in so little time. I'm sure it's frustrating, but you have to keep in mind that you are not Bill Gates, and your problem is no more important than anyone else's problem. Getting all high and mighty isn't going to magically add more hours to the day or make your problem more important. Be patient, or spend some of your own time looking around to see if anyone else has had a similar problem and found a solution. Personally, I'd guess it's a Vista problem, but I wouldn't touch Vista with a ten-foot pole, so I can't really help you figure it out.
And no, I'm not an employee of Curse or affiliated with the company in any other way.
