Working customer service/tech support myself, I can tell you that proclaiming that you're a paying customer and that you expect better service because of this is only going to have one result if any... it will push your ticket down to the bottom of the inbox.
I did tech support as well. it was fun.. for the first month. Then it all went into the shitter.
Please climb down from your high horse and treat me with a modicum of respect. I AM a paying customer after all.
My initial thread AND my ticket had much more information. This thread was merely to find out why such a thread would have been removed. There were no other threads listing the exact same problem and I find it rather poor service to just remove it when others could have gained benefit from a response.
Thank you for nothing.
1) Being a paid member entitles you to faster downloads, ad-free website, and an "update all" option on the client, nothing more.
2) Being a paid member does not force other people who could also be paying members to respect you. Respect is earned and you blew it with with this thread.
3) Paying an optional fee for a site that is otherwise free is considered "donation"; therefore, you are not a "customer".
I would also like to point out that, I too am not an employee of nor affiliated with Curse.
