I disapprove of the piling on and not just the tone of the original complaint. Yes, people get upset when hoping for support. Jumping on them and telling them names is _not_ how to handle that... Yes this is just a forum and lots of respondents are not at Curse at all. Still, we kinda take an indirect p*ss at Curse by acting like this.
All of us know how it feels when a post of yours got deleted without a visible reason. And half of us got upset about it and when we do and then get called names we don't feel any better either, so back of some please.
It may be a bad cliche, but tech support may need fetal positions and all that, but sometimes they just need calm, perspective, people skills, and a desire to be constructive ;)
