ok, well, it seems that the only time it ever freaks out is when i drag and drop a macro that i've created using the bliz UI..
eitherwise it behaves fairly regularly..
one eq item i placed into a bar actually equips too.. why that piece and none other i have no clue, lol
ok, well, i'm going to try out what you've suggested.. seems to sound about right..
yep, mac edit was just what i needed
well for trinkets i've somewhat gotten used to a trinket bar I found that works pretty well and is fairly organized..
but for other pieces of gear I would like to have them on buttons I can click to equip and then display the cooldown while it charges up and then be able to click it again to use the effect or what have you.
and as for how i'm using the bars i'm just dragging and dropping items into the bars.
and it doesnt seem to be having the action ID problem any more..
I'll have to double check on it to be sure, but thank you for the advice on action IDs ^^
...however I cant seem to figure out how to find out if buttons are assigned action IDs XD;
and in looking through the configurations I seem to have caused some buttons to be assigned or action ids, as they are merging with my main actionbars again..
didnt happen until i tried to make a bar for macroed commands..
well, I'll admit I have no idea what im doing with macaroon..
and It drives me insane that trinket swapping wont work with it because it simply uses the item instead of equipping it first..
I have been able to prevent it from hiding the original wow actionbars, but it messes with the buttons on those action bars @_@;
I'm at the lowest level with macaroon, i'm dragging and dropping things into the bars.
and I've poked around with the configuration, but I'm not really able to figure out the configuration settings on my own like I was able to with IB2
