It was suspected that Intimidation scales, but we don't have any clue about the scaling formula.
Accordingly to your data, I would say that Intimidation generates as mush threat as growl, though I don't think it shares its scaling formula. But it could be interesting to see if it scales with AP, level or other things.
I'm level 70 with about 20% Karazhan level gear, BM specced and using the ez-mode high dps macro. :) I can send my boar in with charge, gore, bite and growl active and unload right away or even just before he gets there and still not pull aggro on most regular mobs.
Thought this might help with pet threat, I've noticed growl being reported way off (4000+ aggro)
Growl (max rank) is 664 and then this formula is used:
Pet attack power > 735: Threat value = 664 + (PAP -735) * 5.7.
Charge gives your boar a 450 AP bonus until it damages its target.
Generally, the sequence of actions is :
1) charge, the boar get the +450 AP buff,
2) growl with the AP bonus, generating lots of threat (~4.2k) due to the scaling formula,
3) attack ; the buff fades out.

Did you manually removed ThreatKLHTMSupport.lua ? (or is it missing ?)
Here is some patch to embed KLHTM broadcast into ThreatLib. It also include change to handle KTM master target from foreign locale clients.
The KLHTM broadcasting code is disabled by default. ATM I activate the new piece of code with this macro. There is also some dry-coded handlers for misdirection. They haven't been tested but at least basic broadcasting works.
