Hello, We are looking into this, as we understand this happened in the past with Twitch as well. The point will be recovered through the daily distributions all through the month.
Since 4 days curseforge doesn't give me reward points and i don't know why. Is something broken? Will i recover the points i lost since these 4 days?
You never lose anything. Points aren't awarded daily, there has always been gaps of several days now and then. Your generated points are distributed evenly across the days you receive points.
Meaning if you get 30 points but only 20 days of the month, that means you earned 600 points that month. If you had gotten them awarded every single day, then you would only have been getting 20 points each day. You never lost anything, it's simply not a system where points are handed out daily. Never has been.

points have always appeared to be awarded daily, you can go to the reward store and look at your transactions to see how many points you got each day (and i mean go refresh the web page each day) and see your points added for that day. ie its not a week or month behind and only updates once a week with the average assigned per day, its potentially only one day behind and updates daily.
i like to watch my points every now then on a daily basis. it is after all typically all we get out of the work we put into updating them, hardly anyone ever donates, so i like to keep an eye on it sometimes.
when i have updates i get about 20-30 points daily, dead times it will drop down to 5-15 as i have no updates for people to download.
there have been gaps previously as well, all the way back to curse. they fix them eventually.

For the 6 or so years that I've gotten rewards points, it's been daily for the most part, with gaps being a pretty rare thing. There have been plenty of months where I got points every single day, with a small handful having one gap without points (And it generally only lasted a day or two, not 4+ like it is now).
When something breaks that norm, it's, well, not normal. And these 3 gaps so far this month have been VERY far from the norm. Also, their Rewards Program FAQ literally says points are given out each day. It says things can happen that can prevent the "points generation task" from running, but it's extremely vague and does not make it sound like it's supposed to happen.

we are still working on this, we set a fix, let's see how long it holds for.
point *will* be distributed as mentioned.
as for the SVN issue we are also working on this.
sorry for the bugs and errors, we will get them sorted - CF is a very complex system and we are fixing things in all areas.
