I am not a fan of censorship, but political messages do not belong in a Minecraft (or other game) mod. Pushing a narrative on people is offensive. Being told what to think and how to think is extremely offensive. That said, I left this with the admins.
I was rather shocked when I saw that message, not that I don't believe in it, but the fact that minecraft is a game for children and young, impressionable minds. (Even if we adults still play it). Political messages have no place in games where the target audience isn't old enough to understand what's going on.
This is still a problem with quite a few other mods who also try to push politics, sometimes in favor of specific candidates. MC really is not an appropriate or effective platform for politics being the globally accessible service that it is.
I know there was a single purpose mod that automatically disabled this political garbage which was quite useful when creating packs especially for some of my friends who have no say in the US elections and had to put up with the messages anyways. For whatever reason that mod was silently removed from CF. Not sure why it got removed, the author said no reason was given to them, and it wasn't like the code or its effects were deceptive or hidden in a mod providing other features.
If you find more mods or addons with political messages, flag them for moderator attention via the red exclamation mark inside a triangle. It is pretty small, and usually near the bottom of the mod's description page, but it is there.
What usually bothers me in any WoW game is not any messages, what ever the messages are about, because I simply ignore them. Rather, it is the occasional "ganking" or character-assassination of my PC or the NPCs when I'm trying to complete quests. I consider that harassment and gaming interference by other players. That should not be allowed to happen, and users who gank should get banned. Mere words can be overlooked or filtered out. Actions affect other users.
The original mod owner doesn't have to allow mods that remove content from their mods, although the mod owner should detect if the person lives in the US or not....
They should detect if they do or not - but don't often. Anyhow, I don't know if you are on the same wavelength, but it was curseforge that removed that mod to disable political messages, not the mod owners who had their messages disabled.
Is it okay to force a BLM message on everyone that uses your mod?
I'll take this up with Microsoft and Amazon if I have to.
I'm going with "no".

Then can you tell me why this mod is allowed on curseforge?
They force a BLM message on everyone that's using the mod and provide links to websites that have to do with blacklivesmatter.
Is that allowed?
I was unable to find any rules to uploaded mods, I could only find forum rules.

I filed a report for the admins to check out, and linked this thread for details.
In reply to Myrroddin:
Thank you!
why do you want to promote censorship?

In reply to itsnikolayy:
But then someone else might want to force messages of MAGA and worse. This may lead a new wave of chat spam.
In reply to riffel2020:
Oh, don't worry I'm sure mods with maga messages would get shot down fast.
