First off, I'm no expert on the Curseforge app, but have years of technical experience/work in almost all things computer related.
Was it ever working for you, or has this been the situation since your first install?
In any case, I would suggest rebooting your computer first and then check, in case something just was acting up temporarily. If it is still an issue, reinstall of the Curseforge + Overwolf programs.
1. Uninstall Curseforge and Overwolf. (reboot if you want, though you shouldn't have to unless a prompt tells you otherwise)
2. Download a new copy of Curseforge
3. Install freshly downloaded copy
At the moment the options in Curseforge are very basic (which in my option is nice to see), so I doubt there would be anything in there that could change the situation.
