I have seen addons for tinkers adding in armor, yoyos, laserguns and even integrating stuff like jetpacks as modifiers and the like already.
So I had this really Fun idea but since I can’t mod at all I wanted to know if someone here knows someone who would want an idea like this. (If it turns out it works or is possible just takes the idea claim it as yours I don’t mind I would just love to see this happen)

I was thinking that this is something tinkers needs as an add-on mod if it already gets laser guns and yoyos etc.
It would be perfect as a compatmod for these two popular mods (immersive engineering which has a revolver and ammunition for it). And electroblobs wizardries Spells (that adds staffs where you can add spells to it as ammunition).
Like 4 parts weapon style: 1. Blade (low-medium melee damage not all too fast to) 2. The Hilt (durability etc) 3. Magic spell chamber (part that says how many spells can fit there) 4. Crystal (barrel part that says what tier the spell can be max XD).
Or for the immersive bullets something like 3. Revolver chamber for bullets. 4. Barrel (adding in durability or dmg modifier or something like that)
Well if it’s not possible or to complicated ignore me I just wanted to get the idea out.
Psi is a utility mod focused around the programming of spells etc not meant as a weapon.
Immersive already has a revolver but when tinkers weapons overrule modded MC and even with upped bullet dmg people tend to use the tinkers tools more anyway especially when they can level or have extra modifiers etc.
That’s why I was thinking of a tinkers weapon that would fit the theme of the standard part of tinkers building your personal tools that progresses along with you as you get more better materials and being secondary able to use different mods for ammunition.
And I thought that a sort of Gunblade would fit the part well not being as fast to hit or as high melee dmg as a normal sword but instead getting the small addition of being able to fire (Bullets or Spells (IE Bullets and EBW Spells would be the best fit for this thought there is the possibility to make it work with Psi bullets as well or any other modded ammunition/magic type)) It would be the ultimate tinkers mod compatibility add-on. (Just having a shift click function to add the needed a bullet/Spell book and when right clicking with bullets/spells loaded (using up the bullets or casting the spell on the book that’s in the chamber) you can use them and left click still works as a sword)
